In the sugar factories, most of the processes are performed under vacuum. For the ejection of non-condensable gases vacuum pumps are used. Water jet air ejectors are alternatives to the vacuum pumps. They use motion of water to evacuate the gases. They are energy efficient compared to vacuum pumps.
IPROINDIA designs and supply the Ejection plus water jet air ejectors. In these ejectors, water at certain pressure passes through the jet nozzles which takes the gases along with it through the tail pipe to create vacuum.
